CTD's BC2

Anyone know a fix for this? : much appreciated any help.

It seems to me, i press 'tab' to see scores when i die and CTD (Crash To Desktop)

I stopped doing this and still it seems to happen, no indication of when or why.

Updated drivers, messed with drivers (currently using 10.5 cat on 10.10 drivers for the Radeon 5970) - no joy with anything there/any combo.

I always use a driver cleaner etc during issues.

I've updated .net framework, new patch, cleaned the BC2 DIR in mydocs, messed with gfx settings, checked temps on GPU/CPU etc, ram tests.

I thought it was down to temps on GPU, I DL'd afterburner to manually set the fan, np with temps there.

I feel this is not client side. Does anyone get these crashes and does anyone know a fix?

Any recommendations at all? thanks all in advance.

I posted the above on GQ's site while we were away.

Since then I've come to realise this is only happening on Timeless servers grr.

I have played for hours on other servers and this does not happen.

Can this be to do with the mod or have I been lucky on other servers so far?

I've also noted that its not just the 'TAB' key, I think it happens not matter what i'm doing (uncertain here)

Any suggestions/ideas etc? would be appreciated.

I really do not believe my side is the problem. Thanks all.

Oh, please Use this thread for other CTD BC2 issues (Crash To Desktop) as it may help others sort their CTD problems.
