When does MP start any idea? I see COD4 was released as early as 5th NOV in USA and 8th in Germany and will be 9th in UK but servers were live only today (8th Nov)

Probably end up been the 18th by the time it's finished downloading. ;)
Especially when you download is going at 30kb/s which it normally is off the EA serves.. lol

naa hehe i download at 200 to 500 kb/sec from ea servers :P could be your network card i changed mine and it made a big diffrence
