Hi,
I was in the Gas station when a turbo APC just passed heading to the West outpost...when aimed the name of the player was =KW= max14021979,tho i dont have any pic's or videos.The time was around 17:45-22/07

max14021979 is indeed using an APC speedhack.
He will be banned on sight, thanks for the heads up.
