So guys...we all know about the bug with the all bronze stars & all bronze stars with vehicles insignias...i didnt find a real answer about that on any forum...today i was taking a look on bc2stats and STSGiggo has it!!!! i think he is the only one!!!how he get them????

I assume he can kill a tank with a knife.
He has played on a modded server that has enabled the SPECACT weapons. There are a few threads on the BC2 forums of users doing this.

Wich means, that DICE either imported the code from the console versions to the PC version
and did pretty bad on changing the requirements for these all bronze stars bla thingi
or
there will really be SPECACT weapons in an upcoming patch and they fecked up keeping this as a secret.
Though I think it is both, they are lazy tards and can't keep things secret.
I mean, why else are there the SPECACT weapons on the stats site?
They are easily to hide by just editing the site. And if you are lazy like DICE/ EA
you will program all at once, instead of editing an existing site and causing errors as usual.
So basically if you want the insignias type in SPECACT or SPEC ACT in the server filter and search.
There should be a couple of servers with these weapons.

thats the point, you need the SPECACT Weapon bronze Stars, but the server arent modded. I will explain you how to do this :D
1. You can download in the internet, the ranked server files for a server.
2. Make your own ranked server on your PC.
3. People all over the world can play there.
4. You can enable SPECACT or disable SPECACT.
5. You can enable JESUS MODE, all player are bulletproof.
6. You can enable endless ammo, so you have always a full clip in your weapon (really nice if you have a UAV, you are the Uber pwner, but lame)
I tried to play on such a server, but its strange and boring...
Some of you will ask yourself, how do they got the ranked server files?!?!? ----> Hacker from www.artificialaiming.net hacked a server and copied the server files.

EA/DICE uploaded the server files at, no kidding, rapidshare in order to give the download link to the server providers :rofl:
A hacker only found out how the files have to be used to create a server.
Obviously it is very easy. EA even put a pdf-manual into the files :rofl:
Lwts get a few things straight.
1. They ARE hacked servers.
The rcon protocol does not allow the enabling of "jesus mode" "infinate ammo mode" or "SPECACT mode" - therefore to run these modes the server files have been modded.
2. I highly doubt EA are stupid enough to use rapid share, infact, I'm almost certain they didnt, and if they did, the file would have been removed before january, as soon as the RSP's had them.
3. Knowingly playing on these servers is against the ROE, and hosting them is definatly, EA will not be happy with this, I imaging that players who spend large amounts of time on them will be reset, along with the people that host them.

these files are got through some hacking, i mean thats what EA still get on Money from after a game becomes a few years old. Look, for ranked files (which are different to normal server-files ) concerns like Rackage, 4Net-Players etc etc pays a lot of License ( i mean thousands of Euros ) for these ranked server files per months, if they would upload it for free u could do yaself a milliard points more to ya soldier to get the 1 in Leaderboard and EA would lost millions of License Euros from their clients ( like Rackage , 4 Net etc tec). Basicaly its the same way hackers sabotaged the Online Leaderboard in 2142 ( and yes i spoke with Giggo.... ), these are hacked files, pls dont use any of these files, its also EA can go to a Judge in our Country because of crime ( Remember u stole a lot of money from them [of their Licenses])
btW Butchi this PDF is a standard manual for setting up a private server ( non-ranked ) like every game has such manual on his server files, but what geribaldi and others ( which wont want to name here ) told u or Giggo is that its just modifying something after u download it, and thats wrong, its a stolen artifact through some hacking, so DONT use it.

is it too easy or the interest just gone ?
would say both, the game is just to easy and on the other side the interrest flew away cause there is no more competition for him ( he has all awards and nobody is hard enough fighting in the top 100 who could beat him ).
What about you? Game too easy and are you no competition to him ?
I donīt see myself playing this game for aslong as I played 2142.. I am very excited for the new patch for 2142, will play it much more again when it comes out.
Ye see, the game lost so much about what made the BF series that great arcade style : revieve and u get a death counted ? for revieve then ?? no prone ??? with prone there was so much more technics possible like diving, rope etc etc ! no jets like in bf2, no gunships like in 2142, so NO aircombat at all ! I mean the graphics look good, but the game is so easy everyone can rock there, in old bf2 or 2142 there where the so called pros ( or skilled players ) and a lot had respect on them, in bc2 there is no pro, everyone is playing nearly same level the same boring way
true... true... It definitely is not the same as the older BF games.
The older BF games took a lot more skill to become really good at it. In this game, you are so depended on your team. You canīt do good if there are 10 snipers on your team.
Now I just hope Dice will make BF3 like the old ones and not try to make it look like COD and not a Console port. Hope they design BF3 for PC.
