Decent setup there for £500 lookin good m8. The move to a bigger PSU is a wise one too.
With the remaining £15 see if you can get yourself a better HSF for that AMD CPU rather than use the retail one.

This one perhaps ? http://www.custompc.co.uk/labs/111359/arctic-cooling-freezer-64-pro-am2.html

i forgot to add to that about cooling.. should that hsf do the job alrite? im toying with the idea of getting the 512mb version of that card if it comes back in2 stock as the reviews for it have been amazing

will i need to buy screws or anymore cables? or is that something i will only known when it all arrives?

Certainly pay as much as you can on a gfx card and def go with the model with the extra memory for just a few quid more.... You usually get what you need with the mobo and the case but if you're interested in cooling and quietness, you may need better, quieter case fans and slimline leads for floppy (if u got 1) and IDE devices. Thumb screws are very useful to me, anything really that screws down with a 3 and 4mm thread..... check overclockers.co.uk and other places too... I've not checked ebuyer for these for you sorry... ;)

thx again for the info :D, ive got a spare PC upstairs that i can steal thumb screws from anyway :D lol.. my only concern is that most of the hardware im getting is OEM (i think thats the right way around) so im not sure if they come with cables or not
