Why was I banned?

Hello everybody,

I was playing since half a year on your Timless Titan Suez canal server, and suddenly I was banned. The situation was as follows:
Approx 48 hours ago, I was sitting in the Titan Air Defens and aiming onto the opposing enemy Titan. I killed a foe, that was on top of the opposing enemy Titan with that gun. Then suddenly I got a permenant ban.
If this was the reason, I would like to apologize for that, I did not know that this is forbidden. Sorry
If this depends on your new screenschot technics, I do not understand what happend. My Firewall is advised not to block PB and I am not cheating. I never did this.
Because of that your Timeless Titan Suez Canal server is my favourite, I would be pleased, if I could be unbanned, or even an explanation about the reason I was banned would be helpfull to avoid doing that again.

i guess deamon or lyserg for spamming the titans with aa guns =) that causes lag (when you hit the shields afaik) and thats not allowed

At the time Punkbuster was having issues with kicks so the normal procedure of just kicking you was not working. We had to ban people on a temporay basis to ensure that they got the message not to spam or continuosly fire the Titan AA guns as this lags the game.

I'am really sorry of doing this. In fact I was astonished of beeing able tho fire that AA gun on soldiers on the enemy Titan. Never saw this before and never will do that again.
Thanks again, and I had already been looking around in your Forum, cause I like your servers and you community. Now that I am registered whe might talk again.

Maybe opozzum is right - but i dont know at the Moment - too many Spammers on the road the last days....please inform yourself and read our rules guys - it is forbidden to Spam the other Titan with AA Guns not just the shield - how stupid is it to hold the AA Guns on the upper or lower rear entrances or just the upper Deck - no one of other Team is able to play there....and you cannot see someone just when you hit someone.....its absolutly not ok...the rules are declared in the console theyre running 24 hours a day and please if youre playing on Timeless why are there not 2 Minutes to have a look at their rules...would make everything easier.....now youre unbanned - HAVE FUN !!!

Thx for unbann me again.
Since I play more than a half year on this particular server, and never let anything happen from my side to cause a ban, this was an accident. Cause the AA gun was able to hit the Titan like you described it very precisely. I was astonished that this could ever happen, cause I never saw that before. OK
And trust me I have read your rules more than once, just forgott this thing with AA gun
