I was called to Gibralter to settle a rape claim.

AGAIN K1LL@X clan members ignore our servers rules.

Out of ALL clans we have more bans to K1LL@X clan memebers than any other.

I am taking a difficult decision but I think any member of this clan is now to be banned on site.

We do not need bad mouthers, stat padders and base rapers on our servers.

Not to mention glitchers, cheats and hackers. I have had many a knife-aimbot used on me on their server.

Think im skillfull enough to know when aimbots are involved. I have played on your server a lot recently and it's rife with it. When someone stabs you when they are clearly not anywhere near you then it's as obvious as pie.

Sad to say that the issue is not about suspected cheats or whatever.

Its because K1ll@x clan members continue to basrape and pod surf.

I have had this conversation with D3lit3 several times. If your clan cannot understand the server rules then don't play on it.

I have banned 8 of your clan and YOU TWICE! So whats with the GUID key?

To be honest everyone shouts rape when theres a K1ll@x clan member around. Our Gibralter server is top 10 in the world. Why should we let it suffer because of people who don't respect its rules.

My decision to ban all your clan is because firstly we have so many issues with baserape and secondly many many of your players return with new GUID keys within so short space a time.

Of course you can complain to EA about our policy. I am sure they will ask why if your claim is put forward in an intellegent way.

We will of course show them the screenshots and ALL the GUID keys you and the rest of your clan use. I am sure they will make an unbiased decision.

Your clan is welcome to play on our servers of course. Remove the clan tag and follow server rules like everyone else.

Fortunately I have no bias. I have over 300 screenshots of baserapers on Gibralter. Some of them have been unbanned. Some have not.

As I say you dont need to remove your tags nor does D3Lit3. You can play happily on our NS server etc and the titan servers to be honest.

I am just concerned that lack of english translation or no respect for our server rules will continue to be an issue on our Conquest maps.

I have noticed the K1ll@x clan server shooting up recently. congrats.

P.S. Some of the posters in the thread have strong opinions which Timeless do not condone or try to influence. Its a public forum and they can say what they feel just as you can.

I guess one of the issues is that your server has different rules and settings to us. I know some of your guys like to play FF off so they can rdx everyone to death which isnt possible on your server.

About the xK1ll@x/Timeless situation. Do what you admins think is right. Your server, your rules. I'm actually glad you started this thread Catziggy, it gives our clan some online attention :)

I apologize on my behalf if some of the xK1ll@x's baseraped but you have to understand that baseraping is allowed on our server and baseraping is ingrained into all of us already, as we like to think of it as WAR, not some sissy playground where you have to set "boundaries" where you can play.

Your apology is also gracious and we are please that we can still maintain an understanding of each others situations.

K1ll@x won't be allowed on Gibralter or the CQ server due to the sensitive nature of the baserape thing with the exception of yourself. Otherwise they can play on the titans and NS servers.

Hope thats a happy compromise.

none of my clanmates use hacks. they are mostly far from noobs with 1000+ hours in bf 2142 and few of them are first in the world with:ganz,apm,frag granede so i dont think they are noobs. ours seerver is currently #8 in the world so i guees that there are some players that enjoy spending time on killha camp. no need to mention parents dont be roude

i know that u probobly can (now when u know my name:) ) . but u know for me this ban situation is not a problem u know s*** happens. . u get ban move one plenty of servers out there. but theese guys spit on my clan members and server then they cry why did they got banned, we should ban them for talking s*** about killhas. this whole situation about my clan being banned is done. yours servers you decision we respect that, but my problem is when topic of my clan not respecting rules came to yours forum, in next few post people imidieatly started blaming us for all sorts of s*** not just baserape but some serius accusations. they are the ones that cant name 5 xK1ll@x members but they have big mouth. we are big multination clan who does not support cheating. we are not some kind of international band of cheaters. who know german language can hear in ours german clan song version from ours respected general what we think about cheaters. i dont know man i try so hard to get the people to realayze what kind of men are we. always in game we wanna win but we want to do that fair.

Sadly our Gib server had two weeks of constant crashing so the whole server had to be reformatted and reinstalled. Much more stable now.

I was on that server for 3 rounds last night, first two rounds were over 4 spm and two golds.

A kill@x member just bet me to gold in the 3rd round, I got over 3 spm that round. We were pac in the 3rd round and were getting base raped by a walker and players but fought back to make it 3 wins in a row.

I'm not a great player but i had a couple of good games on there, i hated the base rape in one game by a small squad of 3 players, they had a beacon nearby the base in the water, I stayed an fought em off time after time and i beat em eventually, although i died so much, they were very good with the sniper rifles. I saw a few K1LL@X players and all seemed well on there. Keep eye out for me..... ;)

Some things are hardcoded serverside into the game, knife range being one of them, so if you get knifed from an "odd" distance, then in general it's a latency issue between players/server. Happened to me and I've been able to "pull it off" as it were on several occasions. I've even been knifed by someone mid-fight whilst I was apparently behind them!

now we decided to make baserape not allowed on ours server soon we will have a few more admins i hope that then will be no beacons in pac base. since the patch our server crashes a bit more its very frustrating but we fill it in no time. ill be watchin you(trough the scope hopefuly hehehe) come again. . .

ps:u dont have to be a great player its all about having fun and teamplay. .

It's good that you are willing to make changes to your server rules, the rules are there to make game play fun for ecverybody, but if there are players with clan tags that do cheat then it can give rise the credabilaty of the other clan members.which the gives the server admins hard decisions to make

best rule to rember is play fair have fun we are all here to play a game
