Bad company 2 is still full of bugs, one I keep seeing since having the 5970 is texture flickering.

For those with 2 ATI cards in their machines or a dual GPU gfx card (crossfire) this quick fix will stop the flickering.

The flickering is not caused by faulty drivers or a faulty gfx card or setup, it is down to bad company 2 and there should be a fix for ATI cards in the next patch (apparently)

What you have to do:

Go to your gfx settings and simply change one of the settings while in game, on the fly, I personally change the

HBAO to OFF and next time it flickers, I change it back to ON, it takes 3 seconds to do this. There does not seem to be a massive visual impact

from what I can see but there is a slight change. With HBAO OFF your FPS will increase in any case.

Some screens below, hope this helps those with a dual ATI GPU setup ;)

nb these screens are someone elses, i suspect they are the wrong way around as there are more FPS on the HBAO ON screen lol
