Game Crashing

Hey guys ,

I'm using XP SP3 , dx9 .. and my game crashes .. not all the time, but its enough to piss me off
Anyone else had problems with crashing and stuff ? Any ideas ? :shock:

It does crash to desktop regularly for me. Sometimes a black screen, no warning.
