why does it say i have a driver kill assist?...does this mean doc got him?...or someone else?...strange

maybe this situ needs clarification as butcher said a gunship cannot run to base and be safe from attack

thedoctor got the driver kill assist because of being in the same vehicle as you.

it was kharak who said that :

If you get chased back to base by a gunship, that´s a grey zone.

i'm not sure if it's written in the rules here but we allow dogfights over the whole map. there is no safe heaven for gunships or conair crews.

what's not allowed is to target infantry waiting for the gunship to spawn or camp the opposite team helipads.

as niii said... dog fighting is o.k.,
but over the base you or your gunner might hit others ;)

It was not baserape what you did,
ban doesn't count.

Ok a gunship/transport in the air is fair game even over base
but NOT when on the ground!
and no camping helipad!
