Need help with driver reinstall.

I have a Radeon HD 4800 and I need to uninstall all drivers from previous versions and install the newest.

I installed the newest drivers over the old ones and now all texture in games is f´ed.

But how do I uninstall the drivers ?

when i up'ed to my HD5770 i had to remove the old drivers by way of device manager/display adapters then uninstall on the driver tab. Then re-install drivers from the web as the disk i got was all fecked up.
