I played on your server today as engineer and killed a guy with a machine gun, then he begin to say that im hacking ??? then i got banned from your server few seconds after. Can i plz get an explanation. I have played a lot on your server and never tried this before and suddenly now you start accusing me of hacking.

Hey again
Here some more info when i got banned. I was playing timeless suez oct. 18.2007. I was engineer I saw a apc vehicle at silo 4 i podded out of titan to land behind him and use the pilum. one shot with the pilum and he jumps out of the apc coming towards me with a knife and i shoot him with the machine gun. Then he whispere something to me about hacking and after few seconds im banned. I think his name is "b2b yummeh" My nickname in bf2142 is find-nemo.

Apparently when he "whispered" to you your name showed up as a different name in the whisper. If you think this is an error please say so.

different name???? I dont understand I think its a error. I dont think this has something do do with it but when peep add me to theyre friendlist my name will be mvn but in game my name is find-nemo

How can that be?
How can your buddylist name be different from your in game name?
I have been playing this game from the day its been released and that has never been a feature of the game for me nor have I seen any documentation on it.
Please explain how you achieve this.

I really dont know but it has always been that way, and I dont know how to change it so it can be like my ingame nick. im also annoyed over that so everytime peep add me i have to send them a pm that find-nemo is mvn on their friendlist.

Ok thnx. I never had trouble with this before so it could be nice to know what to do. I think i also will get in contact with EA here in Denmark so they can explain to me what this is.

No i dont use gamespy at all but it is installed on my pc but never used it. I contacted EA denmark todayto find out how this prob can appear and I also send them some SS of my EA account name and the name "mvn" from my buddy´s friendlist and told them that my ingame nick is find-nemo, so i hope that can find out how this can appear.
