i was banned 3 months ago by a lil bit nervous admins :cp: :angry: (no offense) and now i'd want to appeal again.
backstory:

This Case in sum:
- NIRO got reported for statspadding, but the information turned out as false. A person was spamming mines out and didn't stop, even when NIRO told him to. (No ban)
- Later NIRO and Yummie* had huges score but only a k/d of 2/1 (they got rammed by a gunship and got 2 kills for that). Hornet and Tankster-Pete decided to ban them. NIRO explained the score and got unbanned, because it was not baserape.
- The AIRTRANS crew needed the PAC airtransport Yastreb and NIRO flew to the enemy base. A gunner, who didn't belong to his team did baserape. Also somebody else bailed into the base to kill. NIRO got banned, because he gave them the easy chance to do baserape.
- In a vote in the advanced member area, it turned out, that the pilot has at least a little guilt on helping the others to do baserape.
- The ban for baserape was made perm at that time by :olorian:.

The statspadding (EDITED, sorry) ban turned out as not valid, because he had an explanation for his score.
Therefore I don't count it as his first ban.
Seen in this way, his baserape ban was his first ban and not his second.
I respect the decisions by the yellows,
but normally we don't ban perm at the first ban.
I think after 3 months of not playing on Timeless Tampa,
he is fully aware of the rules. If not he knows what will happen.
It's not my decision to unban you NIRO, but the yellows.

Just a little info for you NIRO:
Take the EU airtransport, even if you don't like it.
It's not as bad as you think.

little corrections
while counting my scores keep in mind that i've got people in the squad WITHOUT airtrans clantag. first ban was when yummie was a crewman, repairing and not gunning, and gun might be operated by anyone from my buddy list (about 100 people)

about baserape, i know it was my fault flying to uncap with wrong guy on the gun. well, dont **** with admins :)
and i know that EU transport is very good too, and mayb better than yastreb, but much more buggy...
and yes, i'll never go to uncap on timeless tampa.

Just to let you know NIRO, this appeal is not forgotten, as soon as a decision is made, you will be informed of it, if its good or bad, you'l know about it....
