No. The guy is posting about a fraudster who he payed 2700 pounds to for a car that was a piece of junk and not as described.

The fraudster did a runner and did not give his correct address so this ebay item was the poor guy who was tricked asking for help to find the fraudster. Obviously it worked and he is on the way to kick the cr*p out the fraudster.
