lets do a collection of useful trivia tricks and how tos on L4D
>> When fighting a Tank, do not light it with a Molotov, it will speed up. just keep running and shooting
>>Hordes.. A little known fact is that they are easy to take on if the survivors are cornered up .. get into a smaller room, position yourselves in the corners and blast the hell out of them.
>>Always lock any doors you passed, to save time from hordes coming in from behind.
>>friendly fire is always on, so if you corner up remember to keep the front guys down and the back guys standing, no problem with that.

don't run in front of the smoking gun! :wacko:
One in the team should always have a shotgun. This is the best weapon against the Tank. This person needs to keep nearer the back and when a Tank attacks, empty it.
Don’t waste the Pipe Bombs or the Molotov Cocktails. Teams need to communicate and not throw two at once.
If in Survival:
Try to keep near the weapons supply, to reload.
Pick up and place Gas Cans and Propane Tanks in the places where hordes normally appear (before starting the round), then shoot them at the right time.

Playing versus and got a problem with the guys on the other side? Show them what real RQ is by swapping sides on the map change and giving them a bit of close quarters auto shotgun. Don't forget to vote kick one of them to give yourself the valuable seconds you need to finish the job.

Communication is paramount! Tell your m8s what your up to, so u wont waste pipebombs or molotovs.. Also when dead, spectate the last man standing and help him spot - sdtlc bros and me survived a long time like that

take ur l4d disk out of the PC and use it as a coaster for ur beer, then put ur bf disk in and play :lol1:

Finales are kinda easy to beat if you know how to and have a team willing to co-operate.
Get into a room without windows and dont leave until the tank comes. When it does come get out and run around crazily then get back in.
Step and repeat and get to the vehicle.
Save pipe bombs to cover the escape i was 10 feet infront of the apc and got waisted, feck
autoshotgun...go 1 m on the witsh...shoot its dööööd...give a good neck shot...i get disapointed how easy that is

apparently theres still some controversy about tanks and wheter to light them on fire or not ..
on expert, if you torch it, just leg it, cause bullets wont do further damage, so just let it burn out
this is also the easiest way to get the man vs tank - shoot at it one and the burn it.
it also does speed up , at least on expert,

Trigger tank, pill up, molotov and run UNLESS: Tank triggers almost as soon as you leave safe room, or you're in the finale.
Note: Tanks move faster and take ZERO damage from bullets while on fire. On expert tanks on fire extinguish when they go into water.
Burn witches only if they're in your path and MUST be taken out. Person who spooked it needs to leg it while the rest shoot it when it's burning.
