I just awnt to share my latest experience with a dublin driver!
heres the story: on saturday(last saturday) at about 6 oclock i was crossing the road with a few of my friends, we were making our way to the pub to have a nice session. as i crossed there were no cars around and all of a sudden i just hear d my friend shouts out "WOW HOLY ****" and just then i hear tires squeeling and im hit by the car that just sped around the corner and sent flying. Needless to say it ruined the upcoming night of drinking :( and i had to go to the hospital. I only ended up with a few huge bruises, some cuts on my hands and a gash on my head. I just thought id share my experience. i was very lucky im my opinion.
So, have any of you had any bad experiences as a pedestrian? or any cars for that matter?

I haven't been in a major car crash but when I was 4 weeks old the plane my family and I were on stalled at 20000ft but thankfully the pilot got control.... If it wasn't fir him we would have crashed in Iraq.

you know when your a kid your parents say " look left & right when crossing the road". needless to say, mini me ran out from a play park with a quick glance ran straight infront of a jag. my parents didint tell me that Jag's hurt, but hey i learnt to fly (about 30feet) " thought i was superman for about 2 seconds , anyway I walked away / limped with the help of a policeman, glad i was a little kid at the time, sort of rubber band in the bone department, close call.
note: Jag drives mostly hit N run. proberly because they are mostly embarrassed for having small apendages, & mostly run before the kid has hit the ground.
Sorry to hear m8, i hope you're ok. Gotta have eyes up your ass nowadays.
i drove into the back of my brother a few weeks ago :) thats as far as i go though
