Why am I ignored by most admins whenever I spot a rulebreaker?
Please let me know wtf it's all about, no more bull**** guys!
ccs, aas and other spoilers can have their little party, I dont care anymore and I will only respond if asked from now on.
And dont say that I should whisper to an admin or whatever, beacuse that dont make any difference what so ever and you guys know that.
I can whisper, use shoutbox here or type with big letters ingame, all with the same result, noooooooone
If Im causing any problems to you u must tell me upfront ffs, you cant just ignore me and hope that whatever it is is going to fix itself.

seriously though, I would have thought if an admin sees that you are spotting somebody not playing by the rules, they would respond.

it happens to me all the time one suez. i always get kicked from the timeless squad and never listened to by FEW of the admins but most admins on suez are top notch others wellllll you can guess

everyone´s help is very much appreciated. fehn´s and your´s too saba. and everyone elses of course.
i can only speak for myself that i sometimes just don´t see the ingame chat as it disappeares too fast. and sometimes i tend to react later and not immediately as requested as i also want to play the game a bit.
no bad intention behind that.
as an admin myself Im well aware of that you cant c everything and it can be irritating when several players shout different things.
however when it just keeps on repeating you will soon start to wonder if theres something else behind it all.
If i said something to insult someone?... well, isnt that pretty much what I do?
But keeping track of rulebreakers isnt allways to help yourself, more of a way to keep the server clean and shouldnt really be about whos reporting it.

hmmm saba i know ur gonna groan at this post again but hey, dont take it too hard when u get kicked from the squad, i for myself kick some guys i know to make room for "better" teamplayers you might say - am I a bad guy, and not allowed to kick a vip from the squad?

as for the whispers and shouts i do try to answer every call for justice but hey, i DO like to keep an eye on whats goin on - we had a few bans that were just wrong and out of frustration - i DO NOT want that to happen again.

OFC that innocent isnt supposed to be punnished.
But then perhaps it would be better to scrap the ingame cries and have the admins be spread out evenly on both teams to keep better controll of the situation on both teams, rather than all admins on same team and same squad

Yeah fehn there are some guys you have to double check when they call cheat but u would be in the group of peeps who if said we take action, sorry if ive missed you but sometimes i do be busy dropping beer.

You get kicked from the (TIMELESS ? ? ? ) squad cuz u do nothing except piss about in a GS and moan for the whole round, so sorry if we want someone who plays the game in the squad instead ( or one of the many guys who play lots with us). you never get listened to as most of the time you call baserape its someone taking assets and not actually killing in there. . . how many times have i gone all the way to base to find nothing out of the ordinary ? ? ( too many but ive learned me lesson now).

I think it's impossible to see every post because of the spammers...
You can't read a message if 5 around you are spamming nades or fighting or commanders spamming spottings...
even in the shoutbox are spammers and not allways the admins have the time to go online or into the console... some are even at work, when they are in the shoutbox...
xfire helps a lot if an admin is online and ready for help
Being in the admins squad is much easier I know, but the kicks hmh...
I also got kicked out of the squads a few times and didn't care...
it's not like you need a squad to fight

@Fehn. Its hard to see all the text ingame, I always try to respond to messeges of aa cc and cheats, I think its important that peeps like you can still be there to help us admins to watch out for the "bad" guys because we cant see all the things going on ingame. keep calling for my assistens because i will do what i can to warn and kick the "bad" guys to make the game clean and fun to battle at.

probably true but I never nag ingame nor have I said someone was behaving badly if they didnt in an obvious way
just that I've sometimes tried to inform you guys that someone on my team has been doing fishy stuff, but nothing ever happend untill some random player on my team says exactly the same thing, THEN there will be a respond and allways leaves me wondering how the heck i became so damn untrustworthy.
So yeah tillers, must be true, must be selektiv hörsel :p

I have the same problem Fehn, on Timeless server where Im not admin. If I see something and tell the admin and nothing happens, I get pissed and leave. Often ppl just talk to Keg, or Chaoz ...they ask spesific admins to do something, therefor I await the situation to see if they see it, and sometimes I forget when the dont ask me..or for the record, calling for an ADMIN in general..

fehn get xfire and voip working and im sure it will become easier in no time, it is hard to keep track of everything ingame chat :)

So you must understand that I'm not really that eager to give it a second try, if it would screw me over a second time id repair it once and for all using my axe and my chainsaw.

I just want to be blunt here for a second, IF I see ANY timeless VIP / members yelling something I will act on It (almost straight away) however I dont always see it.....
BUT I have to see you yell If I dont then I dont........ dont take it personal, I dont hear my Mrs talk to me half the time and she still loves me so even if I only spot 1 in 10 of your yells you should love me as well.........................because I love you....... :love:

I wouldnt take it personally m8, sometimes when I try to report something it gets missed, i either try again after a few minutes or just try a different admin you never can tell which admin is watching which incident or cheat
If all else fails just get a ss and post it here

Just a final comment on a few things:
@Saba:
1st: Admin is Admin, there are no "top notch" or "well you can guess" Admins - if you class the ingame admins that way ... your fault and blame yourself!
2nd: If I´m in the GS a hole round - what´s wrong with that ? As long as i got not taken down i stay out - or should i call home and ask if someone whats the gunship for a tour ? Get serious ... even Pez "mutated" from a good gunner to a GS Pilot now as he realized that a GS is a nice piece of hardware up there and can help to win a round. With good air cover it`s kinda easy to take a silo - even when it´s under titan gun fire.
3rd: Maybe you should ask youself 1st why you get kicked out of a squad. It´s not that we do not like you or whatever - you simply do not fit in there most of the times. Reasons ? Several ... and you should know most of them, just to mention one: Teamwork ... It happend more than once that you were not there when you were needed as squadmember ... It´s up to the squadleader who he wants in the squad ...
4rd: b2b: Thanks for calling us "stuck up pigs", does not help that you exclude Zoid or Pez - they are also b2b and so you think the same about them. Well done, that shows your attitude . Just as a sidenote ... who did ask an b2b several times to get in there ?
5th: Respect: You had all the respect a fellow teammate/player could get but you blew some of that on several occacions. Remember - Respect is earned - not simply given ! If you want the respect of a person you have to proof to the person that you earn his respect - it does not come from alone.
Generally we can say:
Some ingame chatmessages get simply lost in the scrolling process ... specially if a lot is going on and not all the time admins have the time to check the con log ( ^ ). Best is still xfire, just turn off the autoupdate stuff there and you should be good, i have it on a 2nd pc to my right all the time. If something shows up there i see it :good1:
We sadly had in the past selfish players that reported so called baserapers or aa spammers or whatever only with one reason: To get an selfish advantage. Since that happend we all went kinda suspicious and double check before we kick/ban a player. Every admin has other trustworthy players where he acts without questioning the info - but there are also others ...
Selfish players will mostly put aside as it happend to often that we went for a base to check if the baserape was real and what we found ? A poor sniper that get´s surounded by a nearly full admin squad for nothing as he was just takeing out the assets ... should i continue ?
@Fehn: Remember today ? You were in the doorway on our titan and rocketed players on the other titan. I told you to wake up and you asked why .... i told you ingame and will here again: 2 sniper passed you and went straight for cor 3 and 4 and you did nada to stop them as you were buzy rocketing the other titan ... hmmm ...
There is no war - just a discussion on different p.o.v.´s ... :pc1:

No Prob m8, we all know that stressy times with the exams and the anger/frustrations that come along with it. As said on the shoutbox ... Good Luck with them ... and simply focus on the exams as long as it`s needed :)
Regarding the GS: Get me on Xire and we`ll see what i can do ... you would not be the 1st one that i´ll assist with the 8k kills to get the medal (d43mon was one of them :P). It needs plain teamwork between gunner and pilot and the medal will come. Far more easy to get it as gunner ... when you set your gfx well enough !
Regarding b2b: Simply send the b2b members an "excuse" pm and all is sorted ... there are no hard feelings at all - it`s just the way you went on us.
Final note: Case solved - all are happy now and Saba get´s his exams done in an ease !

not wanting to add fule to the fire m8's, some times the test flies past so fast that it's not possable to catch everything, i know i shouted cc or aa spam in the past (rightly or wrongly) and sometimes its been missed, but the make a post and name the shamless. if they come back someone will( i sure ) spot then and give them some justice Timeless style.

U need to relax, if you have done ur study then you will be fine. Remember questions are only hard when u dont know the answers to them ;) So if u dont know everything then u better go study :)

ChaoZ is right stressing over exams not good, been there done that for my first year ( when i was young) Did the next 6 years no stressing passed elecy exsams and so far ( fingers crossed) not killed anybody yet. these are the best years of your life get good grades yes of course, but don't stress have fun, by the way good luck m8:good1:

Well, thankfully this isnt a popularity contest. Admins only need to do their job, and having someone reporting/or letting us know from the oposite team is great. Most players are very happy to help, cause we all dont want glitchers, aa-spammers, emp users and cc...so we all try to help out :)
unless admins are lucky to have a pc n laptop one with game and one with bfcc its hard to read all messages .
ive had probs in the past were its not been me or the other admin but the user?
they type ADMIN..........................................
and wen u reply with yes who wants admin they gone to sleep or typing admin again .
ADMINS do there best at all times and as pete said things need to be checked
that way nobody can complain for getting kicked or banned .
so its upto every body to read messages that come back from admin ..
dont blame admins if u can not be bothered to read wen admin replys ?
and dont forget most admins use the console not cc
