Cheater - Spawn Killing / Baserape

The Guy in the image I suspect had already killed two people as there were already two dead bodies on the ground when I ran there. He sniped me and killed me.

I told him that it was baserape and had no response (that I saw)

I am sure he was banned before and because the bans were lifted late last year, he has returned. Regular spawn killer who needs a perm ban
