I actually installed crysis, unlike cod etc etc, I played it for 30 mins thought it was good then I wanted to come and rdx some ppl on timeless!! might get round to playing it all the way through at some point! The graphics look good though and from what I have heared the single player is good but the online side isnt as good

If you can run the game on at least 'High' and enjoy a good singleplayer campaign then this game is for you.

However, if you're looking for a game with the replayability and fantastic multiplayer of 2142 you won't find it in Crysis.

I agree with Kibax... Realistically unless you've got a GFX card in the top 10 performers

I would not bother, that is unless you dont mind playing with low gfx settings.

One thing i would suggest.. keep playing the level you find your PC lagging with graphics

then adjust the gfx settings according to this level and the whole game should run smooth...

This is what i did, unless you've got 2 great cards in your pc ATM (JAN 09)

then i think you'll find u won't max out this game. (all settings very high, 4-16X AA/AF etc and 1920x1200 to 2560x1600 res)

Its a fantastic looking game and the action is great, i still aint completed it tho lol

and i've heard from a few that the multiplayer is pants. :)

For a game like Crysis it is down to your PC.

I mean playing 2142 it doesn't matter if its on high or low as long as you get decent fps.

But with Crysis you want at least high to get the full effect and most value for money out of the game.

I bought it some weeks ago and like the singleplayer at least, haven't triedthe multi part yet and have no plans doing it either. Worth the money in my opinion.

so a timeless top tip if you play it in single player mode at high res then you will enjoy it and on line it's most likely to be a bit of a let down.....
