I have a theory about a server crash..

Have you ever frozen up trying to swap sides? I have and when I restart the game the server has crashed!

I think its because, lets say its a titan server, there are 24 on the EU side and 23 on the PAC side. I swop over (cause my side is losing and I am a Loser) because i need to get to the other side to check out an accusation of cheating etc.

I leave the EU side with 24 players and try to join the PAc side that has 23. The server says yes thats OK swapping you know. At that exact moment someone joins the server and the server says "Yes theres room on the PAC side, placing you there" and it conflicts with my swop placing too many on the PAc side and the server has not been programmed to swop one person over in situations like that. Poor server says. "Damn you all I am going home to sulk" and crashes.

Its happened to me loads of times now. Too many to be a coincidence.

tell you what i think... when the titan aa gunners are spamming the titan it gets so laggy that we all end up with "there is a problem with your connection" onscreen... the game will either continue or crash...

I;ve been swopped almost at the last min for no apparent reason mostly to a loseing side and tghe chances are it probably the first game my side has won and I lose again "Don't figure really" funny though lol lol!

another crash few minutes ago but i dont think the aa spamers caused that. the round started and server wasnt full too =/

All servers crash every now and then, its the same with BF2 servers, it just seems to happen more often on the busy servers. but yes i agree with fish.. I'm pretty sure that people spamming titan AA guns has something to do with it.
