MyLegacy banned from Timeless Suez Server

Reason for my ban: Hack

I started the game inside some APC that was near silo 4, as the second gun. I was EU. When it first stop, I deployed my IDS and I sticked it on the APC.
We kill a few in silo 4, and we got blowned up.

My next spawn was inside my Titan. I gave a ammo box to a sniper, used a pod to get to silo 4 again, and I landed on top of the 1st tower on the left side of the APC spawn. I deployed my IDS again, some of my mates were trying to take that silo and I was using my Ganz to pin down anyone spawning and anyone who get on top of those towers.
We got that silo.
After killing a few, I was banned for hack. Not a number, just this word, hack.

I would apretiate some understanding on this, please.

Quite strange, I know MyLegacy, he posts a lot on 2142-stats forum where he is also Admin. (I'm DydBoy there ;))

A really fair player in my honest opinion and a good admin, no doubt about it, it's kinda weird what happened.

Have u any clue m8 about this aimbot stuff ?

Yes, I can explain, but without any proof.

That happened by the time patch 1.40 came out. I didn't had enough memory to play, so, I spent my time browsing through everywhere, going to Youtube, where I found a certain hack site.

I made my registration as a junior member, with the acc I use for everything, and I browsed what I could... I founded some fixes for a few 2142 troubles I had.

2 or 3 days later, I couldn't even open my MSN.

Untill today, I don't know if I was hacked.
I sent a trouble ticked to EA and they said the error was not made by mistake.
So, for what it matters, it is my name in there, but not my doing. All my alias are there because I tryed everything to play, untill I realised I was being PB busted.

after watching some überhaxxing videos on youtube you decided to register on a cheating page to find some tips and trix to what? improve your aim? learn to statspad? glitch walls? if you watch cheating videos on youtube and then decide to register on the page to find "stuff that helps you".... just putting it that way makes me go "sure, whatever cheater." but still with this i'm sure that you can feel that this wouldn't have happened if you did what would be normal to do in the first place, if you have game issues you contact ea support or post on the eagames battlefield forums, you DON'T go and register on a #¤%& homepage for cheats and exploits.

The way I see it you have these options:
1) renew your h4xx0r account and get a new acchash thats not pbbanned and continue playing, [problem solved]
2) smack yourself on the forehead tell yourself that you're a dumb f*** for registering on a cheating homepage and associate yourself with cheats in the first place, next go down to the store and purchase a new bf2142 and don't add your cheating contacts from fpscheats or wherever you were regged before, [problem solved]

I prefer the 2nd one ( I did that already, more then u will ever know), although without purchase: the damage is done, got to live with that.

I saw nearly 50 Players on Timeless Servers a few Days ago and they are all in PBbanlist. I guess they took the first Option by Kurim to solve their Probs.

Yup typical cheat page policy's are "our tool is indetectable, but if you would ever get pb-banned for hax come back here and we will refund you or fix the pb ban for you." meaning whenever a cheat-subscriber gets a pb-ban he instantly gets a new key, for instance there was this guy in my old clan =AFOS= who applied for trial to it and I don't think we ever accepted him (since i eventually left) but whatever he had totally 9 pb-bans and after each ban where his aimbot got detected he got a new account or hash whereas he only got banned aslong as the tool was detectable, today it isn't and he's back playing on public ranked servers, for the clan i hope he doesn't wear the afos tag...

Jesus this guy cheats, just goes to prove tou still need some type of skill even if you cheat, this player has none. Conclusion : BUSTED

Never the less, I had good games in this community.
But, I would like to say this: stupid as I was, I never cheated/glitched and I never changed or bought anything to replace whatever u ppl think, in my game or cd.
Me being in that PBlist is like being in a graveyard and not being dead.
I respect the decision, of course.
I wish u all well.
