Gernade jump

I ve seen people gernade jump in the game to get to really high places but, how do they do it? every time I try I barely fly anywhere. Is it just timing?

They use RDX if thats what you mean,i guess youre new in bf2142 so you have to unlock it first (RECON).
when you unlock it ask RDX abusers like Zoid to show you some tricks...
