hey hello,
i just wanted to tell you you banned a friend from one of your servers, his name is "Aupi[GER]" i dont know why you banned him. we joined the timeless gibraltar server and few seconds later he got banned and the reason was teamkilling or admin decision (punkbuster reason for every ban, real reason was ingame but i didnt read sry), so for everything he did wrong i want to apologize and he wants that too. perhaps you can unban him from this server that would be nice thanks
btw i love to play on all the timeless servers but most time they are full =)

What day and time was this? I don't remember banning a terrormichi recently!! Differnet name changed. Dont remember banning him either.
hmm he says he cant join on your server because hes banned... the day =// hmm dont know he says about 3 weeks ago and its Aupi[GER] if you dont know why you banned him, you can unban him then right? thx and hes apologizing for his faults

Please read these threads which explain the most common reasons for being banned.
I will ask the senior admins to unban your friend on this occasion.
ok thank you, he says he doesnt know why you banned him, but i think baseraping isnt the reason, we didnt join when the round started pac almost had all flags =/ but thanks for help

are you sure? he says hes banned on the timeless gibraltar server 64 player-slots, he cant join because it says hes still banned, but if you dont find his ban, why dont you just ban him again and unban then? perhaps this will work =)

i cant ban him until he is in the game
if he has used another name in bf2142 then the ban is at ip level.
send me a private message with his ip and i can have a look.
thats very strange =/ he cant join because hes banned and he got banned when he played with Aupi[GER]
the ip thing, do you think this will work? the ip changes everytime you restart your router and this happens automatically
he had the tag =Am0k= thats why i didnt spot him.
and it says ban was for pod surfing so non of that please.
the ban has been removed.
ah yea sry didnt know you need the tag too... is pod surfing not allowed? didnt know that too sry and yea big thanks for that^^

I remember this guys now. He surfed into the PAC base from harbor somewhere. He overshot and landed in the water by the barge with the artillery assett on it. Thats why he was banned.
ah lol so he did podsurfing AND baserape .. sry didnt know that
i found the thread "RULES" could you add there "no podsurfing" or something like that pls? would be nice cause you said you banned him for that too thanks
No need to add everything that spoils the game.
Its simply under - No spoiling the game.
No need for a list of things that spoil the game.

This is an exploit so we feel there is no need to mention it. Its the same as stat padding. There is no need to mention that either.
Our No 1 rule as you enter our servers is Don't spoil the game play or you will be banned.
In Gibralter especially pod surfing spoils the game play!
That is all there is to it.

As it is allowed from EA u must add it. Because in es-league they also allow it. EA says it is up to the server admins to allow it or not. So not everybody think it spoils the gameplay. It is lame on a public server because most are too surprised.
Podsurfing was not intentionally built in but as EA/Dice saw that it is possible they liked it. That was the answer of a Dice member in EA Forum. But with Patch 1.4 they will eliminate it.
no =( now i learned how to podsurf and then they want to remove that?? thats not fair =(
We are not the ES league or EA.
But no pod surfing here.

Please read this thread. As admins we have to decide whats good for gameplay and we have mostly agreed that on certain maps and circumstances pod surfing can be detrimental to game play.
As a result we kick/ban for its use.

Our decisions are always discussed and there are senior admins ready to overrule the decisions of in game admins. On this occasion although we are happy to make an unbann we certainly will not allow over use of the pod surfing exploit especially in Gibralter server.

perhaps most players think it is an exploit or some kind of cheat, they want to kick podsurfers. perhaps they got many complains about that so thats why they want to remove that

To be fair we dont put No combat commanders on the front load screen either but its a Timeless rule. We cannot put all the rules on the front screen and make the server welcoming! That is why our website address is clearly shown. If people cannot read english anyway as many cannot there is no point in putting anything anywhere lol.

I agree with you m8y but there are so many unwritten rules that the banner or auto admin messages would take up too much room or time to cycle back to the beginning etc if we were to keep adding them. Hopefully like you say, pod surfing will be eradicated soon. btw when is 1.40 coming? lolz
One other thing is... there aren't a great deal of players pod surfing although there are enough... If we were to put someting like 'no pod surfing' then every new player to keen to know the ins and outs of BF2142 will put 'what is pod surfing' in their regular search engine and before we know it there would be hundreds of kids doin it..... maybe. lol ;)

AUPI is now permanently banned of Gibralter for spawn raping using RDX to kill spawning PAC players.

yes he told me few minutes ago in ts... i said him you already apologized for the first ban reason and you said youll never do that again... i think hes just a bit stupid lol sry for spoiling the game there =/

Hmmm I have just banned Aupi AGAIN off Gibralter server.
Can you ask your clan mate and friend to explain how he has evaded his ban I gave him 6 days ago??
hmm no dont know really, we talked in ts and i said lets go on a timeless server he said ok i perhaps i can join gibraltar =) he tried and he succeeded but WHY ... thats a secret lol
but i know he didnt hack anything to remove his ban by himself perhaps another admin just removed it
He did not show up on the ban list when I saw him playing earlier.
I would not remove it because he had aleady been given a second chance.
After you are banned once and then get banned again, that is it.

and you dont have to unban him BUT hes allowed to play on other timeless servers right? except for breaking the rules there too -.-
I was killed by an APM he layed where soldiers spawn. This had been yesterday. I hate APMs where soldiers spawn, I do a step and I'm dead.
then dont do a step lol just crouch and then go =) no i know thats not fair play too sry
