Why did u ban me from gibraltar? I was commander and put an orbital strike over 3 camping guys near the boat in pac area. Then I was banned from Catziggy. Is this a joke or what? My Nick is EasyXanaX

What do you define as baserape? We had two other flags and men all over the harbour flag but you decided to artillery the PAC spawn area by the barges.
Killing in a spawn area, whichever area and without targetting combat soldiers is spawn killing, base rape call it what you like.
I was one of those you targeted so I was hardly camping. I remain in the spawn areas ensuring there are no rapers or people abusing our rules.
I will leave it to the senior admins to decide whether you should be unbanned but frankly i think you have arrived with the wrong attitude this time.

You have been a good friend to Timeless in the past with cheat reporters etc so i am sure if you understand why you were banned and apologise for the error to the senior admins some leeway might be given.
I targeted 3 guys lying there, one was reviving another. It was not my intention to baserape. The spawn area is also a bit behind were I put the strike. The round before, why didn't u ban the guy spamming nades over and over into pac area lying on the box under the crane. The round before the commander also targeted the orbital strike into pac base and u did nothing. So for me that was ok.
Maybe u should kick known poeple before u ban them to show that they did wrong. The rules are not very clear for me.
I never spawnrape or baserape really never I hate it. So I only can say sorry I thought it was ok but it wasn't.

sometimes we play in the same squad you are not bad and i saw you never baserapping but as a commander tztztz.......
art strike at pac ship is for me ok i have no clue what the admins say about this.
this banning people is a hart way and not easy too handle so my hat up for the admins.
i think the strike at there second spawnpoint is ok but not directly in there base the ground why i say that is because it is not allowed too run the beach down and kill the people there but it must exist a way too kill this nade spamming campers on the ship.

Thanks for that but no. We count the second spawn point as base rape too. It would be an unfair advantage to expect players to start at the rear spawn area just to have a safe start. It would make the game impossible for the PAC side and that is why we protect all the spawn areas against rape.

But in that case u were camping there. When another soldier is reviving another, the soldiers are in action. And I am sure I didn't hit someone spawning.
Make the rules more clearly. Say it exactly, no orbital strike over tha PAC Area no entering of it. If u handle it like that u have to ban most of the players.
When the guys on PAC side are good players there is no problem with such things. Because a squad comes out very quickly placing a beacon and taking the first flag. Only when u have those boat campers in the team it will be a problem. Most players don't realize how the tickets go down on that map. U must pressure the enemy to their flag away from your flag. If everybody camps in PAC Base they can't win.

Please read my original post. Firstly your arguing that you did no wrong.
Secondly we had taken two other flags. There was totally no reason to artillery the PAC spawn areas. We were NOT camping. Some other idiot had just been into the PAC spawn area and had killed the spawning players. I had gone over there to kick him/kill him and revive the dead player.
Camping? How can you camp a spawn area from where you cant see any of the enemy or kill any of the enemy? Why didn't you target the PAC in your own EU camp or the ruin which we had already taken? Why not target the PAC moving in on the Harbor flag? I think there were less than 6 people any where near the PAC spawn areas at that time so we were all camping there!
In truth I think you chose the easy option to artillery the spawn area for easy kills. Thats what baserape and spawn killing is all about and why its banned!
They are generally easy kills because the spawning players are not always instantly ready to enter combat. Maybe they need a pee or want to adjust their weapon settings or whatever. This is the reason Timeless have a no baserape policy.
I thought I did not wrong, now I am smarter. It is a bit hard that admins wanna know what the victim's intention was. I just saw u lying there and put the arty on u, nothing else. I know that a lot of guys are camping there that is a fact. In the end I simply don't put an arty strike there on that server.

Loads off guys are lying there spamming nades into the edge where u can go up to harbor beside the fence.
I don't like campers, that is the reason I put arty on them.
The difficulty with this is (especially on this map) players have to fight their way all the way up to the next check points. This is the most crucial and time consuming part of the map and if not done quickly, the attacking force wont win this. They already have every disadvantage thrown at them, arty'ing anywhere in or around the area they spawn is lame and a bit unfair if you ask me. This is my personal opinion though but i have to say, the rules are pretty standard and are present on other conquest servers and they are very clear on the timeless servers. They have to be. These servers are popular and need to uphold a standard.
The round was not at the beginning. So there weren't loads of soldiers spawning. The round before I was killed twice on the opposite side in the beginning while running up by arty. This commander wasn't punished for that. To be exactly arty is allways lame because it is easy killing.
Finally u lifted the ban, thank u for that.
