Banned again today, I was sat sniping fighters not spawnkilling and squad 4 and 5 where baseraping a good 5-10mins. Pliskan sat there and did nothing. I ran off and died respawned near the flag at harbour in the left building. I ran the back way to where I normally go and threw 1 random grenade that happaned to land on pliskin. He watched while they baseraped for ages and I threw 1 random grenade that landed in that area and he banned me.
You warned me last time not to spawnkill fine I stopped, but I aimed my nade near the bank where a guy sat in support was, because that bank is a slope the grenade bounced and landed behind the rocks which was a spawn kill grenade but it was an accident.

You threw a grenade into the rocks as it killed me. As for me doing nothing, I was VERY busy banning approx 6 people - you included.
Im sick of being the target down there so no ban lifting for ANYONE who thought it would be fun to either spawn kill there or baserape.
I would also question your 40+ kills earlier today - which, for a sniper, is very high!
Yes I'm sure you would, you can have a video if you like two of them are uploaded on youtube. If you want to accuse me of being dodgy do it somewhere in private. Making implications like that is pathetic try asking for pointers next time I would have been happy to help.
Like I said the grenade was a missthrow nothing else, yes it did land in the rocks but behind the rocks there was a guy on your left (facing EU direction) sat shooting with a bianchi. Accident not on purpose.
Yes I expected a kick or ban from you that's why i'm here explaining why, i've been an admin before on a server I follow the rules. Everyone throws a bad grenade every now and then. I was aiming for him by the UAV scan since I couldn't see onto the sand yet.

as this is unfortunately your 2nd ban, your appeal is refused.
Please try another alternative Timeless server or ultimately elsewhere.
