NS unlocks

Hey folks!

So here I am, finally got my NS-Download to work after almost half a year and I must say the maps are quite cool! (Anyone notice the -28°C display on the speeder thingies?)
Anyway the thing is, i got some NS-Badges and they're supposedly used to unlock the cool NS-Unlocks BUT for some stupid reason I cannot use the credits at all! I only got them NS stuff left but no way to use them at all.

Can any1 help me?

I can see this tends to confuse some pps so here I go in short:

NS-Unlocks still not unlockable, like before I installed the booster Pack. Got some NS-Credits to unlock em but it wont work. Any help?

What do want to use ? Can u transform the Question into a more Simple one ?
I only can tell u what i got from NS when recieve a NS Bagde or a NS Ribbon:
Nothing except some pretty Bio-Shoos, lol

Actually IDS-1 for Support Class, if I'm not wrong, is a NS unlock and it's damned usefull. :)

@kegNeggs : as far as I know, when you got NS ribbons and NS badges you got a "Select unlocks" button in BFHQ page.
From there you choose the unlock and it gets available during the game.

Could you choose the unlocks or that button never showed up ?

yes, the button does show up, but when i click it, the NS unlocks still have some stupid snowflake on em to show that I need the NS-Boosterpack to get this, but hey, I already got this!
No point in arguing, 'tis all good stuff and it works as field unlocks but hey, i'd like my moneys worth!

Guys i had the same problem .. i felt like my head is gonna EXPLODE and i couldnt figure out what is the problem with those unlock cuz i installed the booster pack , and when i tried to enter the game .. the game freezes .
But after all i figure it out and it works :D ... you gotta introduce the code on the website MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE USERNAME YOU USE TO LOG-IN IN THE GAME AND THE SOLDIER YOU ARE PLAYN WITH .
if you do that there should be no problem :) .

Run the patch 1.5 again should be fine after that :-)

yes yes i done it. Re installing BF, then 1.4. then NS then 1.4. and finally 1.5 did the trick!
if anyone ever has this problem in the future, use this method, it works :)

I know this thread is old and probably ran its course but I'm curious.

Which two NS unlocks do think are useless?

radar frag and sniper blah unlock

radar frag for sure, why add a useless gadget to the already crappy smoke nade?
and the sticky rdx thingi support use, you need to be really unlucky or playing your first battlefield hour to die from it.

I totally agree with you guys.

@niii : The power damage of that thingy is way less than an RDX, I read somewhere it has half power damage than a nade. Completely useless.

i like the rdx shotgun i own with that thing all you have to do is aim it well then BOOM 1 shot 1 kill
