only caught the end of the round but still died several times upon spawning

They were not realy in uncap, more far away out of the Entrance. But u felt like it was Baserape because both were playing with Aimbot. They had every Round a K/D of 50,0 on 50 Kills ( it mean they didnt died ). They Shot with Shukov or Bianchi and killed 3 People in less than 1 Sec from a Ranges like 300 Meters ( Impossible ! because the 3 enemys were not close together ) I warned them that we not tolerate Cheaters on Timless Servers and that they must turn off their Hacks otherwise they would recieve Ban. And then next Round they realy turned their Cheats off, i saw it because after 4 Rounds they had always Gold and Silver, they then had not longer any Medals and were more in Middlefield with their Stats ( and they died a lot !!!! Poor, poor ).
U are right Shakari, there were others in Base raping. But this two M]A[D guys were on the Roof clearly outside of EU Base ( far away , 2nd House in front of the Entrance of EU ). First i was wondering about how they could kill so much from that Distance but after 2 or 3 more Rounds i found out that they were hacking. I looked on them for a while and then i left Server because went back to my FF-ON Favorites again.
