Hello,
I used to play on timeless servers a lot and just came onto your northern strike server tonight around 8:00pm - 8:30pm GMT. Was playing on port bavaria as the EU and was moving onto the PAC home base, at the time it was unlocked so me and my squad (a bunch of SP guys) moved onto the flag, we were killed so respawned and tried again.
Now, at some point the PAC captured another flag so the PAC home base was once again locked, I did not realise this as I was talking over VOIP and Teamspeak, so I continued to the locked PAC homebase. We were hiding outside the bunker when I realised an admin was banning a bunch of people, I noticed the PAC home base was locked, and I guessed that the reason people were being banned was because of base raping the PAC home base, I tried to warn the rest of my squad but I, and possibly a few others, were kicked and have been banned without a direct warning.
First off I would like to apologise for attacking the locked PAC home base, I did not realise at the time it was locked, nor did I realise it was against the rules to attack the locked PAC home base, this is my fault and I can accept responsibility for it.
However, I do not think this warrants a ban, I'm not sure whether it's permenant or temporary, (believe it's permenant), but I don't think the server or the admin at the time warned players of this in an effective way, I was not warned by the admin, but you should also have a server message on the loading screen about attacking a locked home base, (I don't think you do) it is different to an Uncap, it was an honest mistake.
My in game name is |SP-SR| H1ggum. At least one other guy in my squad was banned called |SP-SM| Reaverscythe. I believe the admin at the time was CatZiggy but I could be mistaken, I understand base raping is annoying and the admin at the time was just trying to make the gameplay better for the majority but I think you should at least warn people of this, as some servers to allow it, you could be losing a lot of "innocent" players this way and I'm sure it would make things easier on the admins.
