Hey Timeless.

Heres the thing, i was playing on timeless suez like i normally do, i always follow ur rules and concider myself a decent player.

I was flying in the Gunship and in pursuit of the enemy Gunship, at one point we both were spinning around each other trying too blast each other down, well, what happends is we get to close to each other and rams into each other. Then i get kicked by admin ooD43MONoo, and only thing punkbuster says is a big NO. Then i return to the server to find out what i did, he acuses me of ramming, wich i never do, i hate that myself, then he says that i should b glad that kick was the only thing he did to me...ive been a admin myself, not in 2142 tho, but still a admin, same basics everywhere. My thougt on this is, why not atleast a small warning before a kick or if one is breaking a rule, say something. What happend to me kinda sucks i think, like i said, i enjoy playing on ur servers, and im not used to people not liking my gameplay, when one follows the rules, kicking me like that kinda blows. I know rules are rules, and they should b followed, but i also know that if an admin have had a bad day, it can affect ones decions on a server, and kicking people can happend very fast cause of that, been there myself, sadly tho. Not saying that is what happend, just a thing to think about.

Hello m8,

i was in the gunship with a very good and regular player and we booth see that you did ram us when you mean with spinning around that you directly fly in my gunship when im stand in the air without moving then it is correct.

And btw it is not fair to ram someone when you have no normal chance to kill (shoot ) him and next time when you ram someone i would do the same.

But then you get a 48 hours ban.

And now fun and follow the rules !!

Sure no bad days at all. He is a fair admin so play fair and you can enjoy the play at timeless servers.

I was in Groundcannon Seat 3 ( Frontgun ) and saw that. It was directly in front of my Gun.
Both Gunships were spinning around, it seemed not to be an explicit ramming.
D43MON, u were both only a few meters over the ground and u both were spinning so it was only a bad accident. I think he didnt wanted to ramm u, or did he before or after that kick ( i think no ) ?

ffs i dont ram people, like u say about the admin, i play fair too. it was an honest mistake hitting u, but if u keep at it, that i hit u on purpuse, well all i can say is, that im sorry about that, and i will follow the rules, like i always do.

Dont want to b in trouble with other players, just want to have fun.

So enough of this, again i will say SORRY, was a mistake, now lets move on and just play.
