Ban On Gibraltar

First of all a half hour ago I registered by another username DestroManiak (spaces are missing) But the mail never arrived.
On topic:
I was playing timeless gibraltar server. I was eu at harbor. A pac guy was grenade spamming to west entrence of harbor. He was hiding very near to harbor there is a kinda shipwreck on sands. He gave us really hard time so ı decided to go and finish him off. While going him killed one with clark, I killed him with knife, while on way back harbor I clarked someone and as soon as he died a message Ban:[TR] DestroManiak for base raping.

But I wasnt even near flag to flag there were like 100meter. I was at the ship wreck that is closest to harbor outpost. And even if I shouldnt even go there(which I think ridiculous cause it wasnt even near vehicles and I didnt even see the flag of uncap base) I killed only 3 people and I was on the way back.

I DIDNT GOT ANY WARNS!
I donno if that was admin kick or auto-kick by a program but I am sure that what I have done cant be named as base rape.

TY I hope youll unban me

EDIT: This happened few days ago I though it was a temporary ban for few days but I think its permanent cause ı still cant enter the server

Destro, sadly that area is a spawn area. Please read all the forum posts in Battlefield2142 section for what is happening.

We are having to ban everyone that runs around the spawn areas killing people. If someone is close to the spawn areas spamming grenades then spam them back! You were obviously on support so you had no shortage of greandes.

Since we implemented this policy I have monitored the server average player rate and it is actually increasing. We find more and more players are staying to the end of the game instead of bailing halfway through. I honestly believe the PAC side get really fed up with being RDXed as they spawn or sniped on or someone just blatantly charging around the spawn points blasting them with clarks and Voss.

It was not me who kicked and banned you and I am sure the admin was acting in accordance to the no spawn killing policy. He will most likely state why you were banned in a while.

We may review the bans in a while one we have achieved what we are trying to. Then we will monitor individual people for compliance.

Btw I have a question why 4 round per map on signle map servers. After all its the same map. Whats the point of it?

ok 4 round per map make it is super fast to load the game on the end of the round till the 4th round come and take abit more time
