Yes, to glitch means, that you use bugs that are ingame, like getting into walls (as you said) or something like that
But sad is that these bugs never get fixed because 1.40 IS the last patch for BF2142..

A glitch in German is "eine Störung" that means something ingame is not correct, I guess there are many other translations for that word in every language or at least in the main languages you need here =)
But you already know what a glitch is and when you do something that is not correct and gameplay normally does not allow then just stop it or admins will ban you for that, like glitching in walls, or something like that =)
