View Full Version : misunderstanding Timeless Casino #02 by [eSp.D]

Hello Timeless Team & Timeless Guests.
As you saw the last days there were 2 Server called Timeless #01 by N@M and Timeless #02 by eSp.D
eSp.D ist my Clan. But the guy from our Clan, who payed alone for the Server made the alliance with N@M Server, so the Clan is not responsible for that. The guy who payed for our Server and who let it call "Timeless Casino #02 by [eSp.D]" now had to leave the Clan because nobody wants him here anymore. I dont have any admin rights anymore on this Server so I can not change the Server Name. But please you have to know,that "Timeless Casino #02 by [eSp.D]" is not our Clan-Server and nobody from our Clan cares, pays or administrates this Server. We guys are going to rent a new GameServer because the guy who payed the Server left the Clan with his Server. I try to make him Clear that he should at least take out the "by [eSp.D]" from the Servername. I will try my best, but I cant promise he will do more, because he was so horny on doing something together with the N@M's, and probably he will do his name or N@M in the brackets on the "#02"-Server agin.
So my request to you guys is, that you dont think my Clan wants to fake or copy your Server, and we hope you want bann any player with our Clantag "eSp.D|" because this Ex-Clanmate did our Clantag into this Server.

I cant say more than that he damaged the image of our clan, in more cases than this, and I try my best to let him delete our clantag from this damn server. I am sorry for this, but I cant do more. And I hope you wont bann my members for this because they like your servers.
The eSp.D bunch seems like an Ok group of lads, just the timeless casino 2 server changed my view of that.
I thought you did it to get back at timelessm, for banning you for been an AFK commander or something.

Please remember guys that KAIN was AFK commander on many occasions and after many warnings and some short term bans (after player complaints) A KAIN TIMELESS server appeared alongside words from Timeless admin and KAIN etc. This resulted in all N@M members to be banned from Timeless servers. Unfortunately this is solely KAINs fault due to this childish behavior. It seems KAIN refuses Timeless' fair requests to change the name of their server out of spite. This is also an obvious tactic, using the Timeless popularity to their advantage to gain players in their server. Who cares who is in N@M and what KAIN does but the principle remains and KAIN is wrong to do this. I would like to see KAIN remove the word TIMELESS from the main title name of his servers TIMELESS CASINO #1 and #2 (or similar) and then we can leave this issue for good.

Thanks Hornet for your answer. The #02 Server is not controled by N@M, but by the ex-clanmate of us. He was X-Fire online today, I told him to delete the Clantag and Timeless from the server name, he did not do anything from both, and he did not answer me, he just got offline a half hour after that.
I keep asking him until he will do that. I just can say to you timeless Guys, that I 1. try to let our Clantag being removed from the Casino #02-Server to let you mabye unban us, and after that I try to let him remove the whole "Timeless" from the Casino #02 Server, that at least you guys have one server less copying your name.
Hope you understand that I can't say how long this will take, you have to know that our ex-clanmates never accepted other opinions than his own opinion, so he is very stubbornly and as I know him I can say it could take more than one day to talk with him, he behaves like a Child the last days. Please have comprehension and patience to this.

Why you dont change the SERVERNAME ( delete [eSp.D]) befor you give up your Adminrights and the member who payed for the server leave ???

He came and deleted Admin Rights before I could change it. I could not see it coming that he deleted the Admin Rights that day. Im sorry.
The biggest compliment is everyone is trying to copy the name! shows timeless is the number 1 name in the game!
sadly tho theres only one timeless, sorry N@M, you're just SAD with a capital SAD!!!

Well seems N@M and esp.d are the same thing to me, my clan mate got kicked from the N@M server by Napkiller for owning him too much. Same thing happened to me after I was owning him all round :D
Seems to be mildly amusing how after all this time that your server has been called Timeless Casino that you are only now trying to change the name. Why is that?

I got a Kick Request for something else, but if you think you can just get kicked because you own the world and everybody, dream on ;-).
I was playing on the other Server because on ours we got deleted the Admin Rights, and If there is a friend in TS and says : "This guy has done that and that..." I trust him that this is true, thats the reason for the kick.

By the way, I am not trying to fusion with N@M, and we dont play with them. The servers had the same name, but on our Server was a lot of other Gameplay than on the N@M, and we dont want the N@M-Server Guests laming on our Server, and this was just one of the reasons the Guy who wanted to fusion with N@M left our Clan.

To the Topic : I wrote the guy also a Message to his Mobile Phone, I hope he will answer. He also still uses our URL and our Banner in his Server Picture. So we are also interest in getting this f*** server to be normal again.

Ok he talked to us today. He will do what we want if we leave his teamspeak, we left at 10 Uhr evening german time. So it won't last much long if he will do that.
But sorry again in the Name of my Clan for having had such a stupid Clanmember.

He don't want to remove the Timeless from your Server Name, but I can try to talk to him again. But maybe you can Blacklist the Server with that from the N@M's on your Homepage and on your Server Messages.
I hope people with our Clantag get unbanned soon.
