With server is false?

Is this one correct?
Because I have noticed that server 193.93.46.78.....16567 is using the Timeless banner ,info ,FF-on and a 10 slot reserv.

hi m8 Timeless suez server 193,.93.46.78 16567 and thats is bf2142 and yes it is our server we hardly play over thaier and i have had 10 slots for the regulers who play thaier

193.93.46.71 16567 THATS the BF2 server and it belong to us
