Kicked and Banned at once for no reason?

I've just been kicked and banned at once, for no reason: the reason was given for stealing a vehicle ot teamkills? while Friendly Fire is OFF? and I even stopped for a team mate to pickup in vehicle?

The only thing was that I said: What a F***ing kamikaze people are on this server, as they keep crush into me with the air transport, no only once, twice... but more and more and all of that during one game.

The second thing I said is: " This is so lame of you, who keeps crashing into me with the airtransport".

Is this all worth a kick and even a ban?

i Dont know if we are all Lame but i am the one who kicked you and you can always ask how bad good i am befor you Lame ppl
now on you go cuz i do see like this 177 times a day so i am not botherd
