Is jeephading allowed ?
I mean dude place c4 on car then ride near tank and explode c4.
Or is this forbidden and leads to ban ?

I don't have a problem with it as long as it's not done over and over, if u see what i mean.
(RDX on jeep, jeep into walker, boom!, wait for jeep to respawn, RDX on jeep, jeep into tank, boom!, wait for jeep to respawn, etc, etc...)

It's no difference if went into players or Armour I would think its frowned on but not legal there is nothing in the rules about it

i think everyone have his style likinging in the game to some it is no fun and for other it is this what make bf2142 unieq

very right.
if you got rdx´ers shoot them. that why you´ve got weapons for long range combat.
if you got a rdx buggy shoot it. pretty easy with most of the other vehicles isn´t it.
if you blew up cause you didn´t pay attention. your fault.
its not that easy to kill rdxbuggydrivers =) with walker or tank its easy when you can aim lol
with assault rifles its very easy to kill rdx'ers =P esp on titan you have to go where they cant pod next to you lol thats what i do then camp there and wait for those rdxers xD you will pwn em then!
Lolz... jihad jeeps, its just dirty play, tongue in cheek, i'd swear i can see the guy doin this as he walks away from his vehical. ;)
and rdxhopping is not dirty play? rofl... both is unfair against not experienced players (in other words for noobs lol) so leave it how it is and dont forbid the jihads lol!

Actually using jihad jeeps etc to destroy the enemy has been around for eons.
Even during trafalger both sides used fire ships to try to destroy or confuse the enemy.
If RDX Jeep was spoiling a game, i would kick a persistant player, otherwise, another cheap effective tactic, like a n00b cannon perhaps?
Whenever I see a jeep, I always strap 3 rdx on the front.
just in case i bump into a walker, tank, apc or group of players.

Yup he does. If hes a squad leader your life is pretty short when you spawn on him 1 sec later he jumps out and blows the jeep leaving you thinking Oh Buggerr....
It never bothered me, just other players on rare occasions.
very cool then is go get a jihadbuggy then put some mates of you in there crash into walker, tank or i dont know, get off it and blow it up then =) jeep will survive and everythings dead then lol
and then the next buggy without waiting for one to spawn =P
Well If you think thats a good idea. I wouldn't do this personally. I think i'd be very aware of RDX on a jeep. ;)

I consider myself somewhat of an expert on the Jihad jeep...

At camp Gib, each team of players gets the jeep on alternate rounds as they move from PAC to EU,
and this is a first and immediately obvious kind of balance which naturally emerges.
Secondly, the walker at Camp Gib is a very powerful thing if it's well supported by ground troops looking
out for RDX recons, clearing mines, and keeping an eye on railguns.
This leaves the Jihad jeep as one of the walker's only natural predators in the wild.
Removing the Jihad jeep would damage and upset the delicate ecosystem of the battlefield in my view.
Plus, if you plan to use the jeep for non-Jihad purposes, then you don't want the enemy getting
their grubby hands on it when you die.
Having RDX on is a way of making sure this won't happen (unless they have basecampers), plus, when
you hit the button, you'll possibly take out that sneaky RDX recon, before you respawn with your shiny
new jeep. :)

It is one we just have to be careful of, it has its advatages and disadvatages. This is a terrorist trick, but very effective in Battlefield when there is no mines around.
Jihad jeeps are cool and fun, but rxdhopping is the most lame thing ingame you can do after cheating/Gliching etc

I soooooooooooooooo agree with you there.
Bunnyhopping is lame, but absuing FF-off to bunnyhop with RDX is, as you say, the lowest thing in the game besides cheating.

Pointless punishes. Accidental tks. Endless arguments and flaming.
I prefer FF off for that reason and that reason alone.
I put up with the bunnies because its a small price to pay.

I actually like the arguments. They remind me of the film "White men can't jump".
Someone should do a BF2142 version, called "White men can bunnyhop".

As for the punishes, well, yeah, I've won many a game and ended up on -2 points or whatever. I just chuckle and try to make up for it in the next round.

just kill the rdx hoppers before they are in range. even a pumpgun is enough for that. voss works nicely too.

Shotgun's a brilliant anti-bunnyhopper weapon, or just sit back, take up a nice safe position and mow them down with a Machine gun as they try and blow up your team mates (A Knife also works well :P)

That's often not true. If you are playing without a helpful team, so other engineers aren't working with you, then often the enemy repair crew will keep a walker alive faster than you can fire crap at it.
Actually, it's more true that complaining about Jihad jeeps is just a lame excuse for failing to mine the roads (lacking skills as engineer!).

In the end its all about having fun. Timeless has the advantage it allows those that like rdx to have fun as well as players that like competing and those that like lazy stats like titan gun whoring and repairing.

the only problem I have with it like with rdx bunny hopping.... when detonated it should kill the user as well as the ppl near it... I mean you go stand next to some C4 and set it of and see if your alive after it whats left of you hits the floor :/

Yes this may be true and i agree with you to some extent. I personally think that all servers should have fixed rules, we all share the same stat table after all, we should all be playing by the same rules. ;)

I agree. I fully expect to meet my 40 virgins in heaven after I do a jihad jeep against a walker. To find that I still have to fight on the battlefield rather than getting to shag in paradise is terribly wrong.
