We banned him for a reason, and now he starts a server under our name without asking?
That is totally taking the piss, and something should be done about it. Just don't ask me what...
well First i never thought some one like Kain would call his server Timeless ??
he was banned for Afk comander for maybe 3 weeks and the day i unban him he show up in the server letting me know that he have a server called timeless
Now i dont really understand why he would call his server that
if he is trying to get his server busy by calling it timeless i think it is cheeep way and not a good sport

Totally agreed chaps.....he is taking the pi**....if this were registered companies, he could be taken to court and would lose - can EA do anything to police server name disputes?

a little update KAIN have invite me to Thier team speek so i went and it was
10 N@M members and me 1 in one room :( anyway i can handle that
i have told him how i am not happy about him hving his server named by Timeless
he told me that he would like to make Timeless CLAN very big by having his server the same name i told him by doing that you have not giving us option to say no or yes but we ware shocked to see timeless server inthe game list and that would make us unhappy at all now i have told him to remove the timeless server or name it somthing els and if i would be back to him as i have promised nextweek if i want to do that or no
I have to discuss this with some of the guys i know the answer but as far as me i am No go :)

TIMELESS is already known and IS famous, KAIN got every right to use KAIN TIMELESS its obvious for why he's doin this and the TIMELESS guys should be glad someone wants to copy the name. If it was called TIMELESS only, he would be infringing i'm sure but its KAINS TIMELESS... leave him to it, let him cheat, let the cheats join him, let it go down the pan, let it get barred, let it be taken away from him. LET HIS SCORE BE RESET TO ZERO... The guys who already use TIMELESS servers are aware of the 3 ORIGINAL TIMELESS servers and they will keep comin as its naturally attractive to some very good players who use many other servers and keep comin back to the original TIMELESS servers. Take no notice as he's gettin his way if it disturbs you as this is what i believe is the real reason behind it, this has obviously hurt his feelings. Like AUTODORK says "people" = "nOObz" will be flockin to his server for his tags.... Let em... how they gonna get near him with his AFK macro's on the go all day long while he simply sits in a titan gun?? Be glad he's not doin it on THE ORIGINAL TIMELESS servers (because he was not allowed to, he was banned for this!) Its not gonna change my life, don't let it affect yours. ;)

I have seen him up top RDX etc and its rare BUT this dont make a good player and i think only good players should be at the top not players who simply put more time in the game each week. EA have got the points system all wrong as stat padders and cheats are benefitting from it. TIMELESS is popular, earned the hard way by reputation IMO not by having a name top of some time AFK table.

Get it changed, thats a total pissed take.
Get in contact with EA if possible and find out, because all he is doing is getting people to play his server with minimal effort... not to try copy the timeless name because he likes it.

I was squad leader when KAIN was commander and i didnt have any orders from him whoel game. Even our shield gone, enemys attack mine titan he didnt tell me or other teams to defend.
This is the first time i heard of this and i think it's a total disgrace Kain naming his server after timeless!!!

Well before I didn't care so much and thought it was better not to make any fuss as it would go away.
N@M are after all a rather average uninspiring group of players, I've seen creative emperor glitching and we all know Kain abuses the stats system by playing commander 11 hours a day when he isn't even near his pc. They really have only 1 good player and that's Epox.
Personnally I think at this stage you should pernmently ban ALL N@M members from all Timeless servers, I wouldn't even bother discussing it with them.
They are blatantly taking the piss out of the timeless crew and the timeless name, this is the kind of behaviour one would expect from low life hackers and cheaters.
Let them call their server what they want but also let it be known that a N@M member will never be able to play on timeless again.
Now when is that 64 man titan server running on 2 dual core zeon processors coming online :D

Perhaps some things need to be clarified, as I guess only parts of the story have emerged.
In summary, Kain came on the server one night and started boasting to Ashoof about starting a server called Timeless, no doubt to try and rouse Ashoof after his ban. The next day Kain and Ashoof were chatting publically on the titan server about it when Ashoof was saying we werent too happy about it, and so Kain demanded to speak to Ashoof on teamspeak. None of the rest of the admins were around so Ashoof went onto teamspeak himself to be faced with not just Kain, but several NAM members, who spent ages demanding that Ashoof unban Kain, and how dare we ban any NAM members. If we did, they would continue with their rival Timeless server. Ashoof can comment on the details of the conversation, and Im pissed off I wasnt there, but Im pretty sure he was the rational reasonable person we all know, but basically told them the obvious...don't be bloody ridiculous.
So no, its not just Kain. And if they annoy us anymore we will ban the whole NAM clan (though I have no problem with Epox), cause at the end of the day we have been overly patient with them already.
Olorian well said mate at the end of the day if you are a member of a clan you will be held accountable as well for the actions of any of its members if they give the clan a bad name nobody wants to see the whole NAM clan banned but soon they will not give us any choice if they continue to keep causing trouble and i agree epox is a good player and never causes problems so it would be a shame for all NAM to be banned

Yeah i was about to put (until i read this) that Epox wud prob change his tag or leave nam... I never felt epox belonged in nam and never understood why he did. Still, its up to him and now i'm glad he's left ...lulu... I think =C1D3R= EPOX looks kinda kewl LMAO :) I did not realise there were other nam's involved, if thats the case then they deserve wotever ashoof and admin decide to do with em, i personnaly would ban em. I don't know a lot of nam players, i've seen loadz and heard the chronic they talk/text and from wot i've seen most are a complete load of losers who simply join the N@M coz KAIN is in that clan. In any case.... Well i wouldnt ever call EpoX a team player in the first place.. He just had the tag, because i did ask and get an answer, because "N@M have lots of the top players".
Thats all, he wanted to be with the top players :S, for fame or how ever you want to put it.
And someone on the last page said "they only have one good player - epox", no offence i wouldnt call him that good after so long played with him. Hes just good at the few things he DOES, when he is out of his gun seat and not RDXing, only thing ive ever seen him do is try to ram me in a gunship :S.
And also it isnt JUST kain, every nam ive come across bar about 3, are total ignorant pricks too.

He might be good person but player? Ur joking! Did u play with him conquest? His K/D is hardly 1.0 on conquest maps like Camp and Cerbere! All he can do is sitting in titan guns until shield is down and than just RDX whoring. Everyone is good at this kind of killing. Way better players are DiVn, Rogu3granny (talking about TOP10) and one of the best i've seen so far is Teh||_built. OMG he is unreal.. took me few rounds to get his dog tag :p

OK the N@M have always, since the start bin a pain in the bum, The idle in command and don’t stick too server rules, I check’t there server out whit my fake account knifed me some N@M. too bad I it wasn’t my main because I knifed MGM.| the new CS.
Its they’re safe heaven where they can stat pad and brake their own rules, I remember a few months back when they had a titan server I got banned because I took command over KAIN my given right whit my hard work obtained high rank. I’ll speak whit my clan members, we already banned a few of them because they don’t stick to our server rules, but I’ll support the timmless effort they wanth to play stupid I’ll personally slap bans on all of them on our server then they can go cry in a corner.
Still don’t get way EPoX joined them because he’s a cool and nice guy too play whit but the other N@M they can kiss my asse they abuse the ranking system daily
I play the game for fun I’ll play anything I don’t care except for p & k some guys now me as a fanatic cheat hunters , ok yes I don’t like glitchers, cheaters & hackers because they take the fun out online gaming, that’s what N@M does they suck the fun/life out of the game.
And really as far that servers names is concernt I don’t think you can do match about it the rankt servers that clans/people rent is a sub contract from EA there are basic rules like don’t change the original software of the game NO rankt mods of the game but asse for as server name is concerns EA is powerless “you pay you play” that’s the problem whit the pistol and knife server EA doesn’t allow P & K You c Pistol and Knife servers everywhere,” true”, but the name of a server doesn’t matter the administrators of a server are not allowed to enforce a 1 weapon ore 2 weapon rule like example Pistol and knife only, pistol and shotgun only, knife and shotgun only, sniper rifle knife only, recon kit only does not matter !!!, the server rules may say this but if they kick you from the server for not following those rules they can and will get there stats reset and server ranking stripped’ bye anybody who’s smart enough to report and, it only takes 2 screenshots, 1 of all the players(first time you will get screwed) in game and the other of the guy typing the command!!!,
If a “[EA]enforcer,[DICE]enforcer”(that’s there in game name) joins the server you are playing on, you are totally screwed, he can ban you on your unique Punk buster ID this will make you game DVD useless.
EA official; “we at EA know the servers, but because most of them are rented by private companies there's all sorts of legal red tape attached with getting them shut down”

I agree with you my belgium friend,
I experienced a lot of trouble with the necromungas, i was an commander and C@Y azureadi started to shout and yell @ me while was moving titan and giving orders.
Kain also never responds to anything. (except one time when he started yellin cause he was looooooSiiiiiiiing)
I agree epox is a nice guy.
I play a lot with german guys in W=-ff-=B they dont speak English very well, but i speak german as good as english, they were the first who stood together against teh NAM guys, the want to join here but there english is terrible.

I´m a Member of the Nekro-Mongas Clan,[N)@(M] yes,and i can understand the problem with the servername,i think its ok,its your name and your server.I will not have a problem with timeless.The Reason of our servername is:Timeless are a very nice Community,and KAIN will be a part of your Community.I know,KAIN is often afk but he dont use hacks or cheats,EPoX know that.We have changed the name from Timeless to Timeout,your admin mean its ok.But then we have see that 1 day after this our member NamI88 was reset.We dont use Cheats or so what.We are searching for the answer at EA,but EA dont now that NamI was reset.Many Members from our Clan think that Timeless report him,but i dont think so.And then have KAIN change the name of our server from Timeout to Timeless again.I have not a problem with your community,very good members.

Silly silly out of hand stuff. Talk about blown out of proportion.
Kain, you are a petty little man, and perhaps a rambunctious child at heart...who knows. And we dont care about you one bit, because at the end of the day you mean nothing to the timeless servers. The only reason ashoof bothers with you is because he is a good guy, and feels bad for the innocent guys in NAM. So name your server what you will, and we might let you on ours occasionally. I just feel sorry for the many members of NAM who Im sure will suffer for your childish actions though, but then they still want to associate with you and the NAM clan. I know I wouldnt want to be lead and take orders by someone with your mentality, but I guess they have their reasons.
And AMD, regardless of the age of your NAM members, anyone who is involved in naming your server a rival name just to try and annoy us because of Kain, is indeed childish. I'd like to think people should make up their own minds instead of following what he has to say. But I guess that is only my opinion.

It all started with the fact that KAIN was cheating on the timeless servers, lets not forget why Kain is being so petty. This is not fair on the other reasonable N@M members. Although Olorian is correct to a great degree, i feel at least one admin member is not so placid nor forgiving about Kains regardless behaviour. Time will tell.

IMHO the childish behaviour has been confirmd again, because kain just thinks (this is where it goes wrong "-)) that we reported nami. therefore changes the name back to timeless

Hey, i think there are other reasons behind ashoof changing the name to www.timelessgaming.co.uk. For 1 thing it's the website name and it promotes the site but also KAIN can't change his server to this as he would be breaking the law. He wouldn't wan't to promote our site either.

I think www.timelessgaming.co.uk is too long to list on the server listing in game tho... I get this much on my in-game server list... "www.timelessgaming.co.uk su" or similar for suez for example. In my opinion, he's already doin a good job promoting Timeless for you. People tend to copy good ideas, obviously Kain thinks TIMELESS is a really good idea. You should thank him for his support. :)

thailand is a wonderful country with wonderful people and many very good things.
not only the weather, also the food is one of the best of the world.
i go every year 2-3 times to thailand, for shopping, and visit friends.
when i finish work, i will go back and life there.!!

he dont ask, he renamed his server (yesterday i found two timeless pro server from kain) and take something from tha famous name of timeless.
its not ok, and he should change it in a another name.

I've been to Thailand two times in the last two years. I agree, it's a wonderful place and the people are so friendly - especially the women!!! lol
But just in case you think i only wen't there for the women, yes that was one reason but the whole atmosphere of the place is surreal. My all time favourite clubs are there, BED SUPPERCLUB and Q-BAR! Excellent DJ's! I know John Ezelle who dj's in Bed club.
Also i've visited Wat Pho, Wat Arun, The Standing Buddha, Ayutthaya, Muay Thai at Lumpini & National Stadiums, Grand Palace, The Marble Temple etc etc..........
Hope to go back there again next year but would like to go further north into the jungle!

not been on for a month went on to night is miles better server and not as much rdx demo pack macros ..
He might be good person but player? Ur joking! Did u play with him conquest? His K/D is hardly 1.0 on conquest maps like Camp and Cerbere! All he can do is sitting in titan guns until shield is down and than just RDX whoring. Everyone is good at this kind of killing. Way better players are DiVn, Rogu3granny (talking about TOP10) and one of the best i've seen so far is Teh||_built. OMG he is unreal.. took me few rounds to get his dog tag :p

Yes i was a member in this Community for 1 Week. Then i make the Commander and he shout me that i´m a cheater and other thinks. He says on his server there is he commander no one other make the commander here. i´m a cheater looks like a script to make commander, lol.....
he sasy: he has more points in commander place and no one can make commander that have less points . you must have a script, the game battlefield 2142 dont accept player to make commander with less points of his points :-) ( what a shame ) ( shame on you kain )
i´ve a 20 MB HighSpeed ADSL2+ account im my home, with a ping on his server under 25 /ms
i connected to the server and joined the commander place, 10 seconds later kain comes on the server , and will do commander too, but i´m on the place.
the rest you know.... this is a very little silly child.
other round a play with kain he shouts in the teamspeak to all other players: i´m the great kain and i have no more then 60 points. all the guys must play for him, that he becomes more points. we are all noobs and cant play battlefield ..... LOOOOL
4 rounds i ve 30 - 40 points more of him, but he says look rj_tekram you must play other to make more points . i´ve had between 70 - 110 points in the rounds but he has no more then 60 points .... LOL y know what i mean?
i get out of the clan quickly last week and my 32 slot server and my homepage + my vBulletin board i get out too.
