Banned 20 May 2011 on Timeless 07 Valparaiso II 24/7 for "Another reason"
I HAVE read the TimelessGaming rules

My second soldier SHOTGUNFAIL got ban for cheat on 07 and as everybody know I'm not a cheater...
Could you please unban me ? :)

I may have jumped the gun on this one, but you have to admit, its kinda suspicious that EVERYONE on the server was complaining, and then people joined Teamspeak to complain about you.
So i looked in the event log, and it was repeated amounts of headshots by you, who had 4 times as many kills as anyone else on the server.
You are being unbanned this time (as soon as I find someone to do it), but please be aware, I have my eye on you (still)
It is also worth noting that this is the second time I have banned you for cheating, and I didnt know you were the same person, thats twice I have come to the independant decision that you are cheating....

Yes, it is suspicious.

I know you won't believe me but I'm a fair player :) I never used and i will never use cheat. Btw, this is the first time you ban me.
Keep an eye on me but you lose your time. I'm serious.

Can i have any explication about my new ban ?
The admin who banned you will respond ASAP.
We've discussed at length and believe you are a cheat. We've come to this conclusion based on admin and non admin video's of you ingame, your own videos are suspiciously edited, stats for many reasons, stats ingame, a cheat tool we use,
the fact you spawn kill/padding kills (going around the back of each base in Valpa to spawn kill and frequently no attempt on arming MCOMS)
The use of an exploit ingame (which is against EA's ROE/ROC - you could be wiped/banned from playing for this reason alone)
Furthermore, you bring a lot of bad language and abuse in the server which obviously has a negative impact on the Timeless servers, how Timeless is run, shouts of aimbots etc etc
Constant complaints, PMs and reports from admins, members here and players ingame about you.
With all of these reasons above, ultimately, we believe you are a cheat, actively using an aimbot and/or ESP/wall hack or some other unknown 'tool' to aid your gaming on BC2.
PB does not pick up all aimbots, a well known fact, We hope you get caught one day with PB.
We do not allow cheats of any nature to play at Timeless, there was a rule a few years back, we also removed them from the forum, totally unwelcome here, any abuse to any members
especially Timeless admins, I will personally remove you from our forum.
Ruoma, you have been discussed many times here (at great length), amongst us, between us etc and you have had a great deal of our time since we recognised you as a potential cheat in our servers.
You will never be unbanned, you'll have to accept this.
We will give you a chance to reply to this thread if you wish and then the thread will be finally closed by a moderator/administrator.

What cheater stats...
Ruoma was reported because i was playing a powerfull tricks , unknown by most players. Most of them don't even try to be better by finding some tricks or playing intelligently. Now I'm reported because of my high k/d and because I use Ump 45… sad.

TRUE, it helps me a lot to get high k/d and you might call it baserape. I deserve my ban on this point.

People are embittered, that's not my fault. Good players are often disliked by the worst. It’s weird because all good players say I'm a legit one and the others a cheater. :) Inferiority complex, maybe..

These reasons don’t prove I’m a cheat and you can’t contradict me on this point. Once more, I’ve never and will never use a cheat. Ban me for bad language, baseraping or whatever you want but not for cheat because I’m not a f****** cheater ! ! !
Anyway, here we are Hornet, you convinced the admins to ban me, nice done. It seems good players are not welcome on your servers (<3 Makaveliz0r). I’m disappointed to got ban because the skill level on your server is pretty high but it was a pleasure to play on :)

There will be no further discussion on this matter the admins have discussed it enough
Ruoma, this is not the decision of one admin its the decision of the majority
All of us experienced over years of doing this AND there is an overwhelming feeling you are a cheat
TRUE we cannot show beyond reasonable doubt that you use an aimbot etc
But ultimatley we do not have to.
You scores, stats, player complaints, the observation we have made of you
Have all failed to convince us you are not cheating, despite us giving you the greatest 'benifit of doubt' we have ever given a suspected cheat before.
None of us wishes you ill, but at the same time there are few voices willing to let you continue to play on timeless servers
