I really don't know how they work this out....his stats don't seem that good....quite a lot of knife kills but not many unique which usually means he's just been on KP servers (which are supposed to be 'illegal')....some of his other stats are nothing special.
Is it only calculated on points earnt per week?

Yep, EPoX had a good run of three weeks - the best in fact so far, but now it's gone to this trivit guy.
I'd really like to know how they work this out, 'cos if it's just down to points per week earnt, then surely for this one important rank they would look at the players stats to see if they have been on K/P (Knife/Pistol) servers? I know for a fact that other people have got more points per week - so I'm curious as to how EA work this out.
This trivit guy has got about 4000 plus knife kills but only about 1000 unique....this generally means that the person in question has been on K/P servers which is considered to be stat-padding as you get unrealistic stats.
sound like epox have alot of work to do

I ain't gotta clue how it works... Scorpiobe moans at it too and he's aware of what needs to be done for SC but to me it seems a little messed up. I think it shud go on merit not points as points u simply get from playing the game, no skill, supremacy nor commanding needed theoretically. From wot i see u gotta put more time into playing than anyone else roughly speaking. and the 5 to 1 K/D that i believe you gotta achieve can be gained from sitting in titan guns or standing by the guns with the old Hoff3000. Its messed up.

This one is baffling, as are the people who get the higher ranks, some times I think the just radomly select them, doesn't seem to have much to do with spm or k/d ratio as a lot don't seem that impressive, whereas someone like xxxfightclubxxx has both extremely high but still has the same rank as everyone else that has played for 3 weeks.
My best guess is it's to do with either total global points earned during the week or total career score, also don't you have to have at least 3 stars to be eligible for supreme commander, what you have to do to get that is also unknown.
As for knife pistol servers, I'm not totally sure if they are even illegal, the changes made since bf2 to the game and points system make these servers far less profitable than they used to, and most good players on conquest or titan will probably score more than the top people on these servers, but then again because of the changed game play they probably are.
I'm glad they made those changes because as far as I can see they never shut down those servers

They are in EA's eyes...the ROE states that servers must not limit weapons, etc. as playing on one of these servers can help to gain unrealistically high statistics (stat padding). EA probably won't bother with the average players, but SCs would probably get looked at by EA and apparently players have had their stats wiped by EA...not sure who myself.....more info can be found here http://forums.fevergaming.com

Well some of the previous SP have been knifers, and its really simple how it is worked out - the most points THAT WEEK, global points (though maybe they take career into it aswell for SP i dont know), and EpoX got this easy as he played non stop for about 4 weeks (the second time he was SP they didnt chose another the next week) so i think he had it a month?
But for the lower decay ranks im not so sure, as i scored 7000 global in a week with kd ratio of 2 and didnt even get awarded major, but it was an easter holiday so easily could of been out done by others who had no school/college etc.

Is that number 2 with player rank and nick mean player was played BF2 before and was high ranked????

Hi Aavikkokettu, yes the '2' next to the name just means their soldier was also in BF2 - it doesn't necessarily mean they were high ranked in BF2 though.

And we all know Caps Lock ;) But to the point... now my stats its alright again... seems to be 2 days and then stats will be upgrade.

The new supreme commander is someone called Chania (His clan tag is something like "GR) Chris") - he was on Suez last night and had a very poor round - I found him trying to put RDX in the enemy titan pods - obviously not a worthwhile strategy :roll:
He's another K/P whore with 13079 dog tags, and only 3145 unique dog tags. Nice one EA - another worthy SC!
Well i played with him on a knife only server(dont put an rdx under my bed for it)and he was not bad with knife.GR means Greek
