You can search and view pictures uploaded by other members
by clicking on the gallery link in the main member bar.
you can search albums/pictues by title or username from within the:

Clicking add album (http://www.timelessgaming.com/timeless/forum/album.php?&do=addalbum) creates an album you can add pictures into
(this can be accesed via the top menubar or your profile page.
the album created can be either public or private.
once created you can upload pictures to that album
pictures can be from your local computer or from the web
Max dimensions for files are 1920x1080
