I said this in-game, and I don't appreciate the tone. I am aware that Baseraping is a problem on Tampa, however when you were reporting players your base was empty. I kept a vigilant eye on both bases for Baserape, but No players appeared to enter on the map. I cannot remove players based on hear-say. Yes, I do welcome reports, and I will warn players. However if I kicked every player that was reported in-game then I would have to kick a good deal of clean players.

I do believe one of your other reports was (paraphrased) "How on earth can you hit me with a Pilum from that far away; I'm watching the BR for that". Now imagine that you had said "x is cheating, he just made an impossible shot." Despite the Strictest policy on cheating here on Timeless, I could not Ban that player based on what you said. I would have to look into the evidence, 'file a report' and then ban the player when he next appeared. This may seem like an inefficient way of doing things, but it ensures a fair system that eliminates the cheats and does not let good clean people end up on the ban list by mistake. Just the same goes for Baseraping and Combat Commanding. I will warn players for such things, but I need to see it happening so I do not make the mistake of kicking a good player.

How would you like it if when you went to blow up the enemies assets without harming someone, a player on the opposing team shouts "Ihatecampers Baserape". If I instantly kicked you without checking this report, then you wouldn't be too happy. The way I do it ensures that no-one has their fun ruined at my hand.

I'm sorry you feel this way, and I wish I could have been more help at the time. But based on the evidence I had at the time, no one was breaking the rules.

Good day. :)

edit: And on the same note, I was playing with "JEJ/jr" in my squad. He was doing nothing un-lawful when I was with him. So when I see someone reported him, I popped open my map: No one in enemy base. Open up squad roster, click his name: he is in vehicle somewhere else. As I said, based on that evidence, I took no action against him.

edit 2: And while were on the topic, seatswitching is not rule breaking.
