This is the EVGA GTX 590 dual gfx card

534453455346

Power consumption is maximum 375 Watts because we can see the 2 x PCIe 8 pins connectors for the PSU. Some infos say its a PCB with 2 x GTX 560 chips which are faster than a single 580 while still running on moderate power use. The RAM is 2 GB GDDR5, i couldnt find more infos to this card. I thought i just post this candy

@ Roz No u dont need 3 of these babes in SLI to run BC smooth

After i read a lil more it seems now clear its 2 x GTX 560 because a 560 has 180 Watt TDP, so 2 x 180 = 360 ( 375 is maximum what 2 PCIe 8 pin connectors can deliver ). The GTX 560 is not out on market yet but in one more week, it hits the market on 20th January and will cost around 270 USD, 200-250 €, dunno in pound.

Aye x2 should be around 210 to 256gb/s this is not a card to 'upgrade to' from a 5970 lol Lets wait for DX12 cards roz ;)

I dont know hornet, the benchmarks i have seen show that two 460's in SLI give equal'ish FPS as a 5970 (mostly as obviously depends on the particular bench test)
if the 560 show the same improvement we have seen that the 580 gave over the 480... ie 10-15% inc on FPS etc
then this chip could well be the equivalent or quite a bit better than a 5970, especially as we could expect to see an extra 10-20% with a dual chip/SLi config.

True you wouldnt want to 'upgrade from a 5970'
but if you do, i will have the 5970 of you ;)

Pah! I don't want to get a new card just to upgrade, I want a new card to get rid of all the problems I'm having with this one! Oh and for PhysX and 3D vision!

Trust me, you don't want this specific card, I've had trouble with it ever since I got it!
